Nothing Was Completely Broken
This one came out of Sarasota. Homeowner said the system was still running, but it just didn’t feel right anymore. House wasn’t cooling evenly. Air felt kind of weak coming out of the vents.

Once we opened things up, it made more sense. System was older, a lot of wear on the components, and the airflow just wasn’t where it should’ve been. Not terrible at first glance, but once you looked closer… yeah.
There was also that slight burnt dust smell when it kicked on.
We see that a lot this time of year around Sarasota and even over in Bradenton. Units hold on just long enough to get you into summer, then that’s when they really struggle.

That part mattered.
During the Install
We got everything swapped out, cleaned up the connections, checked airflow, made sure everything was dialed in before we left. Took most of the day, nothing unexpected, which is always nice.
Homeowner came out a couple times just to check progress. You could tell they were ready to be done worrying about it.
After It Was Up and Running
Big difference right away. Air felt stronger, cooler, more consistent through the house. No more hot spots, no more guessing if it was actually working.
Just steady cooling like it should be.
And honestly, doing this before summer hits is usually the move around here. Once Sarasota heat kicks in, everything gets a lot more urgent real quick.
