We had a pipe burst at our backflow while I was out of town, leaving my wife and two small children at home without water. McDonald Home Services responded immediately, repaired the issue, and restored our water quickly. They kept me updated throughout the process and did an excellent job. I thought my shower head needed replaced but they were able to fix my existing one and saved me from an additional expense that wasn’t needed. Very trustworthy professionals! Saavedra was the technician who responded to my house to fix a plumbing issue. He did a fantastic job. I believe he was fair and honest. I will be using this company again in the future because of Saavedra.
