A PMA is a maintenance agreement that provides you with regular system upkeep. It is a twice-annual planned check-up, and it is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenance and surpasses the Federal Government Energy Star recommendations.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT;
We will furnish all labor necessary to inspect the subject equipment and to maintain it in good operating condition for the term stated. Included in your maintenance inspection will be cleaning or replacing of your filter.
You agree to permit only our personnel to work on the subject equipment while under contract and you will operate the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
EXCLUSIONS: THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT A PART OF THIS AGREEMENT:
Damage caused by Acts of God, such as lightning, loss of power, single phasing, low voltage, surges caused by voltage fluctuation or intermediate power interruptions. This agreement does not include items such as blown fuses, dirty filters, nuisance calls or electrical service beyond the equipment, including disconnects and circuit breakers. We do not warrant or guaranteed parts other than those we install.
Cabinets, air distributions, duct work, rupture of tubes, rust and corrosion, water damage or damage caused by negligence, insects, vandalism, etc. or any items beyond our control will be excluded from this agreement.
PARTS AND MATERIALS:
Parts and materials required in the performance of the maintenance inspection shall be at the expense of the purchaser. Prior to installation, we will advise the purchaser as to what parts or materials we recommend be replaced or repaired. The purchaser agrees to pay us for parts, materials and labor at the time of repair at our current list price (less preferential discount).
You are entitled to one new 1 inch filter during your maintenance check. If your system takes a washable we will wash your filter during the maintenance check. If you have more than 1 filter in your residence we will replace them at an additional cost per filter. If you have a 2 – 5 inch filter that is considered a Specialty Filter, we can give you a price to replace that filter.
It is understood that this agreement is a maintenance agreement only for the purpose of making only normal adjustments to the subject equipment, and that we are not required to make repairs necessitated because of improper operation, vandalism, improper repair or treatment by owner or others, fire, explosion, Acts of God, or other causes not the result of normal use and services. Service calls which originate from causes not included in the scope of this contract will be charged for at regular rates. Warranty work over 30 days from installation from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Purchaser shall report any defects in or malfunctioning of their system immediately upon discovery and shall furnish us with reasonable access to the equipment covered by this contract.
Our liability for improper performance or for failure to perform this agreement shall be limited to the refunding of a portion of this service agreement. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from our failure to perform or to properly perform this agreement. We will endeavor to render reasonably prompt service but will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly as the result of unavoidable delay in the rendering of such service.
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT:
In the event the contract is canceled by the purchaser, return of the premium shall be based upon 75% of the unearned prorate premium. Also deducted from the premium will be all the inspection fees chargeable at our regular inspection rate, and any discounts given over the life of the contract on labor and/or materials. This refund will be awarded depending on whether or not we were negligent in performing contractual obligations.
All courtesy calls which include labor and/or materials will be charged at regular service rates and deducted from any refund due.
This contract will be considered fulfilled when either the total number of contractual agreed upon inspections have been completed or the contract has reached its date of maturity, whichever comes first.
Cancellation of this contract is subject only to work performed relative to this contract.
